Dorado Tacos & Cemitas features an innovative approach to Mexican street food, including Baja California-style fish tacos and authentic cemitas, the popular sandwich from the south-central Mexican state of Puebla.
We prepare all our salsas, dressings, marinades and meat rubs from scratch, with fresh seasonal produce and traditional herbs and spices.
The chef-directed menu goes beyond just tacos and cemitas featuring classic Mexican dishes such as elote (grilled seasoned corn on the cob), savory home-made chorizo and a great selection of tasty vegetarian options.
Thirsty? Our menu features a selection of Mexican beers as well as aguas frescas (traditional Mexican fresh fruit drinks), and a selection of Mexican sodas flavored with real sugar.
